How to Request Deletion
To request that your account be deleted, please complete the following steps:
- Email Us: Send an email to [Your Support Email Address] with the subject line “Account Deletion Request.”
- Verify Identity: Please send the request from the email address associated with your Trusted Decorator account so we can verify your identity.
- Wait for Confirmation: Our team will process your request and send a confirmation once your data has been removed.
What Data is Deleted?
When your request is processed, the following information will be permanently removed from our servers:
- Profile Information: Your name, business details, and contact information.
- User Content: Any project photos or business descriptions you have uploaded.
- Login Credentials: Your account access will be permanently revoked.
Important Notes
- Irreversible Action: Please be aware that account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
- Processing Time: We aim to process all deletion requests within 30 days.
- Public Reviews: Any reviews left on other decorators’ profiles may be anonymized rather than deleted to maintain the integrity of the platform’s history.
